Licensing Terms
WiNRADiO G313 PCI radio receiver is an internal model, where the entire high-performance shortwave receiver is contained on a PCI card, extremely well shielded against the effects of PC-generated interference. The demodulation is performed by an on-board DSP, which makes it possible to use multiple receivers in a single computer. No dongle is included with or needed for the WinRadio WR-1550e. If you are saying you are using a USB to serial adapter, and calling that a dongle, then you will need to find the right driver for the adapter, and nothing on the WinRadio site will help you with that.
There are two licensing options available for TightVNC software:
- Download WiNRADiO G303 PCI radio receiver for Windows to pCIRadio driver.
- In addition to the usual conventional displays and controls, the WiNRADiO G303 Receiver Front Panel contains some innovations, such as a multitude of tuning options (the control bar on the right above the clocks), three scanning modes, automatic step size selection, a truly remarkable S-meter which can show values in S-units, dBm or microvolts, and other facilities.
- WiNRADiO is now rectifying this by introducing Apple Macintosh support for our most popular receiver, the WR-1550e, a medium-range external receiver with frequency range 150 kHz to 1.5 GHz (the US.
- GNU General Public License version 2 (often abbreviated as GNU GPL). This is the default licensing option. It's completely free but it does not allow integration with closed-source products. Read the complete text of the license here (opens in a new window).
- Commercial source code license. Unlike GPL, it allows integrating the software into proprietary products, although it's not free. Read more about commercial licensing.

Download DFMirage Driver
It's a recommended add-on if you use TightVNC with Windows 7 or earlier version. It's not needed with Windows 8 and above.
