iView Ultima Firmware, Manual, Product Flyer
To download firmware or update, you have to use a PC(Personal Computer) to be able to install.
- Disable Raspberry Pi's Built-in Sound Chip. This step is optional. I prefer disabling the broadcom.
- Realtek Audio Driver Issues. You cannot install the Realtek driver for all PCs, laptops, All-in-One.
Under Device Status, the working status of your sound card’s device drivers will be listed. If there is a problem with the sound card driver, the device status will give you the error: ‘This device cannot start. If not, you should see the following screen.
How to download Firmware?

- After finish downloading firmware, use 7-Zip to extract or decompress files.
